The Company:
Our client is one of the most successful and rapidly growing leisure service providers in the country.
Their business specialises in running sport & leisure facilities for a number of different clients.
Their portfolio currently totals over 40 leisure facilities and is continually increasing.
The Role:
This position will be responsible for managing four sports & leisure facilities and you will be fully accountable for their combined success.
Working with your senior management team, you will drive them forward to offer a range of exciting activities for all members of the community.
Key areas of focus will also be on delivering excellent customer service and making the most of all commercial opportunities across the facilities.
This position will also take the lead in nurturing and developing the client relationship.
The Person:
The individual we are looking for will be highly commercial, able to analyse a business and capable of increasing revenue from all potential opportunities.
Financially, you will be able to manage a multi million pound turnover across a number of locations.
As well as your commercial skills, you will be an excellent relationship builder which will enable you to work closely with the local authority client.
The successful candidate will likely come from a background within leisure, hospitality or a related sector.
