BAR MANAGER - £17,000, LIVE IN + BENEFITS
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Individual to run a very successful bar operation within an International Hotel Group based in the Aviemore area.
Within this role you will report into the Operations Manager, duties and responsibilities will include, supervision of the team and participating in the service of food & beverage to customers.
Managing the profitability of the bar by managing expenses, sales and promotions.
As this is a Head of Department role, you will be required to attend monthly H.O.D meetings, along with complying with a security and control procedures.
You will also be involved in the training and development of staff within your department and the hotel, as well as being involved in any new start inductions.
Due to the location of this property it is ideal that you live within the local area with the ability to drive, alternatively there is a possibility of live in accommodation.
