We are SEPT (Sports & Education Promotion Trust), a registered trust based out of Kozhikode, Kerala. We aim to spot and nurture football talent in children, regardless of social or economic backgrounds. We conduct football camps at 24 nurseries in Central & North Kerala.
In the past, we've enjoyed remarkable success, with the SEPT team winning the Dalecarlia cup in Sweden. The team proved its talent and potential by 5th out of a total of 36 teams from 17 countries in the prestigious Kokkola Cup , Finland.

We're looking for a coach who's well versed with the game, particularly at the junior level, and is willing to spend 2 weeks in Kerala, India. Responsibilities would include imparting latest coaching techniques to the existing coaches, as well fine tuning skills of the children at the various camps. Take-aways include a whole lot of learning, and incredible travel opportunities in God's own country! We do not offer renumeration per se, but would be happy to provide comfortable accomodation, meals and project-related travel.

GYM dIRECTOR POSITION

The Gym Director needs to be enthusiastic and confident about working with children between ages 4 months and 12 years old. The candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal skills and be extremely self-assured when dealing with customers. The individual needs to be a strong leader and team builder, who is well organised, with the ability to multi – task as well as adapting well to change. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are key aspects to the role. They need to be highly motivated individuals that will drive the business forward assisting the owner with management of all business and operations-related aspects of the gym.

Responsibilities:

ensuring excellent customer service
financial and operations planning and reporting
managing all personnel, staffing and training related topics
implementing efficient workflows and procedures
marketing
teaching classes at a high standard
