Aerobics Instructor, Uk, Greece, Corsica, Sardinia, Egypt, and Portugal

As an Aerobics Instructor it is your responsibility for the safe delivery of a varied and stimulating Aerobics programme to our guests. It is a very varied role as part of the activities team as you also get involved in other sports such as volleyball, beach olympics, water polo, table tennis, evening entertainments and much more!

Your classes will include early morning walks, aerobics, body conditioning, and aqua aerobics to suit all fitness levels. Some of our winter sun destinations also have fully-equiped fitness rooms as part of their health clubs.

We have positions in Greece, Corsica, Sardinia, Egypt, and Portugal.
RSA Level 2 exercise to music, YMCA or equivalent qualifications essential. Aqua Aerobics (YMCA or ASA Aquafit) is preferred however not essential for all positions.

General Assistant, Travel Bound France

Want to spent a summer enjoying the beautiful region of Normandy, France? Join the TravelBound team from February 2008 onwards!
Part of the TUI Travel Group, TravelBound is a tour operator specialising in group travel for schools and adults.
As well as an extensive worldwide hotel program, TravelBound operate a Chateau in Normandy, North/West France. The Chateau is situated in 22 acres of land and is located near the village of Molay Littry. The Chateau has 40 bedrooms (can sleep up to 200 people) with meeting rooms, library, games room, lounge area and bar. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May), tennis court, crazy golf, mini golf and access to mountain bikes.

What You'll Be Doing
The General Assistant role is focused on providing exceptional cleanliness and service around the Chateau. You'll ensure that our guests are looked after in the restaurant during meal times, this will involve serving meals to guests, clearing tables between courses, polishing cutlery and glassware and the setting up of tables and buffet area. Just as important you will be responsible for the housekeeping duties around the Chateau including guest bedrooms, bathrooms and all public areas.

What We're Looking For
With proven customer service and waiting experience, you'll be sociable and confident when it comes to interacting with guests. You'll also be a real team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work. Experience of housekeeping would also be an advantage to this position.What We Can Offer You

The food served is brasserie style to a very good standard.
There is also a cocktail bar downstairs which is open to 12/1 am.
Monday and Tuesdays are normally the earlier finish, Wed; Thurs, Fri and Saturday are normal 2.30pm finishes Lunch trade is mainly food contributing 90% of sales, this is then turned around in the evenings and nights when the cocktails start flowing down stairs in the Cocktail Bar and Lounge Managing a team of up to 15 and around 9 during service
Also will need to cover for the GM on days off Applicants will be required to have a background of working for companies that have similar outlets
You will also need to have experience of working in a busy vibrant environment where you will have had to deal with tricky and possibly difficult customers You will have to have excellent presentation and speak and understand English to a very good level.
